    Replacement of the old barn

    10/30/10 04:54

Barn is vital in every farm. It is badly needed. Replacement of the old barn takes a lot of efforts. You should know what size for expansion. But no matter what size of the barn as long as it has a good quality that's more important than anybody else. Pole barn has limited usage. So it is advisable to widen the barn for storage. It is one storage for all tools, vehicles and shelter for the animals. So make sure that it has comfortable surroundings as to its usage.

How much would an Old Wood Barn Cost?

    10/20/10 04:54
Basically there are a lot of old wood barns that we can see around us. Some owners find it very useful so they tend to recycle them. But, some of them prefer to sell those old barns which they think they could not make use of them any longer.

If you decide to sell an old wood barn, most probably it will give you a fair price equivalent to its looks and quality of the remaining materials. As far as I have observed, the price for old barn would range from $4,000-$25,000. However, that depends to the kind of barn and its condition.

Old barns are usually restored in it's originals state of brought down to pieces and scrap usable parts like beams, solid timber pieces, and what that could still be used. But in a clip on the link below, is one good restoration and re-purposing of an old barn. A century old barn has converted into a deluxe home, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 baths, including a kitchen, dinning, and living space.
